(a) It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, limited liability company, or association to purposely sell, offer for sale, distribute, or give away a substance listed in § 5-64-1201(b) for the purpose of inducing or aiding another person to breathe, inhale, ingest, use, or be under the influence of the substance for a purpose prohibited in § 5-64-1201 . (b) Upon conviction, a person, firm, corporation, limited liability company, or an association that violates this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
