Arkansas Code § 5-62-107

Immunity for reporting cruelty to animals or aggravated cruelty to a dog, cat, or equine

Except as provided in § 5-54-122 , a person who in good faith reports a suspected incident of cruelty to animals, § 5-62-103 , or aggravated cruelty to a dog, cat, or equine, § 5-62-104 , to a local law enforcement agency or to the Division of Arkansas State Police is immune from civil and criminal liability for reporting the incident. Amended by Act 2017, No. 389,§ 5, eff. 8/1/2017. Acts 2009, No. 33, § 3.
