Civil remedy

In a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction, a wireless service provider aggrieved by a violation of this subchapter may obtain appropriate relief, including: (1) Preliminary and other equitable or declaratory relief; (2) Compensatory and punitive damages; (3) Reasonable investigation expenses; (4) Costs of suit; and (5) Attorney fees.
