Unfair trade practices

Motor vehicle service contract providers and warrantors are subject to the Trade Practices Act, § 23-66-201 et seq., to the extent the Trade Practices Act, § 23-66-201 et seq., may be appropriately applied to motor vehicle service contract providers and warrantors given the nature of such contracts.
