Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, or other entity that knowingly and willfully commits a deceptive trade practice as defined in § 4-89-102(2) shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1973, No. 462, § 11; A.S.A. 1947, § 70-924; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 343.
