Fresh dairy products - Unlawful to limit quantity of purchase

(a) It shall be unlawful for any vendor of fresh dairy products in this state who advertises or displays any of the products for sale at specified prices to restrict or limit the number or quantity of any such products to be sold to any purchaser desiring to purchase the products so long as the supply of the products to be purchased is available. (b) (1) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
