As used in this subchapter: (1) "Asphalt roof shingles" means a roof-covering material or product that is installed on a roof of a single-family dwelling; (2) "Homeowner" means the initial owner and any subsequent owner of a single-family dwelling; (3) "Manufacturer" means an entity that is engaged in the manufacturing of asphalt roof shingles; and (4) "Single-family dwelling" means a dwelling constructed for habitation by one to four (1-4) families.
