Waiver of subchapter's provisions void

Any provision, whether oral or written, in or pertaining to the placing of a work of fine art on consignment whereby any provision of this subchapter is waived shall be deemed to be against public policy and shall be void. Acts 1983, No. 820, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 68-1811.
