Clerk's index and filing fees

(a) Each county clerk shall keep an alphabetical index of persons filing certificates provided for in this subchapter. (b) For indexing and filing the certificate, the clerk shall receive a fee of one dollar ($1.00). Acts 1943, No. 11, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 70-403.
