Issuance of bill containing false statement

Any officer, agent, or servant of a carrier who with intent to defraud issues or aids in issuing a bill for goods, knowing that it contains any false statement, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. Acts 1941, No. 264, § 45; A.S.A. 1947, § 68-1145; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 214.
