(a) A limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company may change its registered agent or the address of its registered agent as provided under § 4-20-108 . (b) Any change by a noncommercial registered agent shall comply with § 4-20-109 . (c) Any change by a commercial registered agent shall comply with § 4-20-110 .
