Filing for incorporation

One (1) or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation authorized by this chapter by filing for incorporation in the same manner as for nonprofit corporations under the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq. Acts 1999, No. 880, § 4.
