Persons associated with professional corporations - Limitations on personal liability

(a) No person shall be personally liable for any obligation or liability of any shareholder, director, officer, agent, or employee of a professional corporation solely because the person is a shareholder, director, officer, agent, or employee of the professional corporation. (b) In addition, no person shall be personally liable for any obligations or liabilities of a professional corporation solely because the person is a shareholder, director, officer, agent, or employee of the professional corporation.
