Professional telemarketers - Registration and renewal

(a) Every professional telemarketer shall be employed in a principal-agent relationship by a paid solicitor registered under this subchapter and shall, within seventy-two (72) hours after accepting employment, register with the Secretary of State. (b) An application for registration under this section shall be in writing, under oath, in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State, and shall be accompanied by a fee in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00). (c) When effected, the registration shall be for a period of one (1) year and may be renewed upon the payment of the fee prescribed in this section for additional one-year periods.
