Organization meeting of incorporators

(a) After the filing of the articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State as required in § 4-26-1201 , an organization meeting of the incorporators shall be held either within or without this state, at the call of a majority of the incorporators, for the purpose of electing directors and the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting. (b) The incorporators calling the meeting shall give at least three (3) days' notice thereof by mail to the remaining incorporators. The notice shall state the time and place of the meeting. However, the giving of the notice may be waived by the incorporators entitled to receive the notice. Acts 1965, No. 576, § 58; A.S.A. 1947, § 64-505.
