(a) A box nine inches (9") deep, twelve inches (12") wide, and twenty inches (20") long constitutes a lawful bushel measure for apples. (b) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be assessed a civil penalty consistent with § 4-18-323 . Acts 2005, No. 914, § 5.
