Rules to be unaffected by repeal of prior enabling statute

The adoption of this subchapter or any of its provisions shall not affect any rules promulgated pursuant to the authority of any earlier enabling statute unless inconsistent with this subchapter or modified or revoked by the State Plant Board. Acts 2001, No. 587, § 27.
