(a) This chapter shall be known and referred to as the "Refund Anticipation Loan Act". (b) It is the intent of the General Assembly that this chapter shall protect consumers who enter into a refund anticipation loan and a refund anticipation check transaction. Acts 2009, No. 1402, § 1.
