(a) A violation of this chapter constitutes an unfair act or practice or a deceptive act or practice under § 4-88-101 et seq. pertaining to deceptive trade practices. (b) (1) All remedies, penalties, and authority granted to the Attorney General under § 4-88-101 et seq. shall be available to the Attorney General for enforcement of this chapter. (2) The remedies and penalties provided by this section are cumulative to each other and the remedies or penalties available under all other laws of this state.
