(a) This subchapter establishes a sampling, testing, and enforcement program, requires registration of engine fuels, and empowers the state to promulgate rules as needed to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. (b) It also provides for administrative, civil, and criminal penalties. Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 143, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 2001, No. 586, § 2.
