Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act

This subtitle modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., except that nothing in this subtitle modifies, limits, or supersedes 15 U.S.C. § 7001(c) or authorizes electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 U.S.C. § 7003(b) . Acts 2005, No. 856, § 8.
