Revocation or suspension of license

Proceedings for the revocation or suspension of any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be in the same manner as is provided by law for revocation or suspension of licenses for the sale of beer for consumption on the premises. Acts 1999, No. 856, § 6.
