(a) It is lawful for a facility in this state to sell wines or hard cider for consumption on the premises upon obtaining a license from the Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division and paying the fee therefor, as provided in this subchapter. (b) However, it shall be unlawful for the director to issue a license to a facility for sales of wine or hard cider, or both, for consumption on the premises in a city, county, township, or other area in this state wherein the sale and possession of wines or hard cider is unlawful. (c) All licenses shall be renewed annually in the manner as is provided by law. Amended by Act 2019, No. 691,§ 26, eff. 7/24/2019. Acts 1999, No. 856, § 3.
