(a) No private club permitted hereunder shall sell alcoholic beverages either by the package or drink. (b) Alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine owned by members may be stored on the premises of the club. (c) If any permittee shall sell, barter, loan, or give away any intoxicating liquor in violation of this subchapter or other alcoholic beverage control laws of this state, the permit of the club shall be revoked.
