(a) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 3-9-201 - 3-9-214 , 3-9-221 - 3-9-225 , and 3-9-232 - 3-9-237 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (b) Each violation shall constitute a separate offense. (c) The Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to suspend, cancel, or revoke the permit of any permittee so convicted.
