Upon conviction, any person who knowingly fails to comply with this subchapter shall be fined an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both. Added by Act 2013, No. 1432,§ 7, eff. 8/16/2013.
