(a) The Alcoholic Beverage Control Division and the Department of Finance and Administration are authorized to permit Arkansas wineries to bring into Arkansas natural fruit flavors and herb flavors which cannot be acquired in Arkansas and to use such flavors according to existing federal regulations regarding natural fruit flavors and formula approval for each blend of wine. (b) The use of such natural fruit and herb flavors in the production of wines produced from fruits and vegetables grown in this state shall in no way deprive the Arkansas wineries of the benefits of the Native Wine Law with respect to the tax to be levied upon each gallon of native wine produced and sold in this state.
