(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to establish appropriate rules, if he or she deems it advisable, to simplify the furnishing of information to the Department of Finance and Administration as required under the provisions of this subchapter. (b) The secretary may promulgate forms which are to be filed with the department abbreviating information now required to be furnished under this subchapter or may waive in writing the filing of any information with the department on condition that the information and records will be kept by Arkansas wineries for department inspection and audit.
