Existing native winery licenses

(a) A person that holds a license as a native winery issued under this chapter before March 29, 2007, may conduct business as a small farm winery until the native wine license expires. (b) Upon the expiration of a native wine license issued under this chapter before March 29, 2007, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may issue a small farm winery license as part of the renewal process if the winery: (1) Meets the criteria under § 3-5-1602(c)(1) ; (2) Is in good standing; and (3) Submits the winery's federal basic permit and proof of annual wine production to the board.
