Small brewery is a supplier

(a) A small brewery selling and transporting beer, malt beverages, and hard cider produced on the premises of the small brewery is a supplier. (b) A small brewery is not subject to § 3-5-1101 et seq. unless the small brewery exceeds annual production of beer, malt beverages, and hard cider of fifteen thousand (15,000) barrels.
