Administrative sanctions

(a) The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board are empowered to administer the full range of penalties available for other administrative proceedings before it, including, but not limited to, fines, suspension, cancellation, or revocation of such permits which have been found to be in violation of the provisions of this subchapter. (b) Any violation of this subchapter shall be classified as a Class A permit violation pursuant to the terms of § 3-4-402 . Acts 1995, No. 537, § 10.
