(a) (1) A wholesaler may not waive any of the rights granted in any provision of this subchapter, and the provisions of any agreement which would have such an effect shall be null and void. (2) Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to limit or prohibit good faith dispute settlements voluntarily entered into by the parties. (b) No right or cause of action authorized by Arkansas law shall be waived by the supplier or wholesaler unless specifically waived in the agreement.
