Labels for confectionaries containing nonliquid alcohol

A confectionary containing between five-tenths of one percent (0.5%) and five percent (5%) by volume of alcohol shall bear a label stating: "This product contains up to 5% alcohol by volume". Added by Act 2017, No. 1035,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.
