(a) The powers granted by this chapter to the fiduciaries named in this chapter shall be in addition to the powers existing by virtue of other acts heretofore enacted authorizing investments by fiduciaries. (b) This chapter shall not apply in any situation governed by the Uniform Veterans' Guardianship Act, § 28-66-101 et seq. Acts 1955, No. 121, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 58-306.
