Corporate guardians

If the foreign guardian is a corporation, it need not qualify as a corporation to do business under the general corporation laws of this state to entitle it to administer the property of its ward situated in this state. Acts 1985, No. 940, § 51; A.S.A. 1947, § 57-870.
