As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Navigable streams" includes all lakes within this state that have been meandered in making the public surveys of the United States lands and retained as public property by the United States; and (2) "Public ferries" means all ferries upon or over any public navigable streams in this state.
