Privileges granted jointly by two counties - Appeals

(a) Where the watercourse is on the boundary line between counties, the county courts of the counties may act jointly in granting the privileges and exercising the powers conferred by this subchapter. (b) Publication of notice shall be made in each county. (c) The circuit court first acquiring jurisdiction of an appeal from the order of either county court shall also have jurisdiction of all appeals from the order of the other county court, and appeals shall be at once transferred to the circuit court first acquiring jurisdiction.
