Interim bonds

(a) Before issuing definitive bonds, a regional mobility authority may issue interim bonds with or without coupons exchangeable for definitive bonds. (b) The interim bonds may be authorized and issued in accordance with this chapter without regard to a requirement, restriction, or procedural provision in any other law. (c) (1) A bond resolution authorizing interim bonds may provide that the interim bonds recite that the bonds are issued under this chapter. (2) The recital is conclusive evidence of the validity and the regularity of the interim bonds' issuance. Acts 2007, No. 389, § 1.
