(a) The fiscal year of the Arkansas Department of Transportation shall be from July 1 to June 30 of each year. (b) The State Highway Commission is exempted from the provisions of Acts 1971, No. 585, §§ 9, 10 [superseded]. Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 369, eff. 8/1/2017.
