Bonds - Commissioners

(a) Each commissioner of the State Highway Commission shall give bond, as required by law. (b) Upon appointment, the Arkansas Department of Transportation shall execute a bond to the State of Arkansas in the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for faithful performance of his or her duties. (c) The premium on these bonds shall be paid out of the State Treasury from the annual appropriation for the commission. Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 367, eff. 8/1/2017.
