Tourist information bureaus

(a) The State Highway Commission is authorized to establish and maintain tourist information bureaus and enter into agreements with and lease rights-of-way, land, and other facilities owned by the commission to persons, partnerships, associations, public or private corporations, or any agency of the State of Arkansas for the purpose of establishing and maintaining tourist information bureaus. (b) The commission shall adopt and establish rules for the establishment and maintenance of the tourist information bureaus provided for in this section.
