Arkansas Code § 27-52-103

Obedience to official traffic control devices required

The driver of a motor vehicle or operator of a streetcar shall obey the instructions of any official traffic control device placed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter unless he or she is: (1) Directed by a police officer; or (2) Yielding the right-of-way to a funeral procession as required by § 27-51-1409 .
