(a) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor. (b) A convicted violator shall be fined not less than thirty-five dollars ($35.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
