(a) The State Highway Commission shall establish rules governing employees of the Arkansas Highway Police Division of the Arkansas Department of Transportation. (b) Employees of the division may be required to wear some type of regalia or uniform identifying the employees as members of the division. (c) All moneys coming into the hands of the employees in the enforcement of revenue laws shall be subject to rules and procedures as the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall direct.
