Wheel clamps - Definition

(a) As used in this section, "wheel clamp" means a device fixed onto a wheel of a parked motor vehicle that renders the motor vehicle immobile. (b) A county, city of the first class, city of the second class, or incorporated town may by ordinance regulate the use of wheel clamps. Added by Act 2013, No. 1364,§ 1, eff. 8/16/2013.
