(a) The Office of Driver Services shall obtain a copy of every accident report filed with the Division of Arkansas State Police as required under Acts 1937, No. 300, as amended. (b) The Office of Driver Services shall reimburse the Division of Arkansas State Police for the cost, if any, of preparing copies of the accident reports.
