Disposition of fees

(a) All fees collected under the provisions of this subchapter shall forthwith be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues. (b) The net amount shall be credited to the State Highway and Transportation Department Fund, there to be used for the operation and maintenance of the Arkansas Highway Police Division of the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
