United States Government exemption

(a) A vehicle shall be exempt from the requirement to exhibit a state license plate if it: (1) Belongs to the United States Government; and (2) Is used by the United States Government exclusively for United States Government business. (b) A vehicle that is exempt under subsection (a) of this section is required to exhibit a special license plate that states that the vehicle is owned by the United States Government. (c) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall approve the design and form of a special license plate used under this section.
