Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to: (1) Authorize the design and issuance of license plates featuring state parks for the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; (2) Provide funding to a cash fund to be used by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism for sponsoring college scholarships in the state parks profession and the state parks education programs; and (3) Authorize the Department of Finance and Administration to issue, renew, and replace the license plates authorized for the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism.
