Automatic issuance of operator's license

Notwithstanding any provision of this subchapter or any other laws to the contrary, when a person holding a valid motor-driven cycle operator's license reaches sixteen (16) years of age, he or she shall automatically be issued a motorcycle operator's license and shall not be required to submit to the examinations prescribed by § 27-20-108 . Acts 1991, No. 614, § 1.
